Kari owns and operates her own preschool and fitness instruction business. 
She was formerly a professional ballroom dancer and dance instructor.
Roy works full-time in web development and computers. He is an experienced amateur triathlete, and a part-time triathlon coach and indoor cycling (aka "spinning") instructor.
